Grand Traverse Lighthouse Christmas celebration

12:00 pm - 4:00 pm Grand Traverse Lighthouse hosts its annual free Christmas event. Lighthouse volunteers have recreated a traditional McCormick family Christmas of the 1920s and 30s. Hanging from the fireplace mantle are the McCormick children's stockings. The dining room table is filled with the sight and smells of an actual holiday meal. Santa arrives on a fire truck at 3 pm with gifts for the children. The lighthouse is located nine miles north of Northport.
