For two nights – this evening and Sunday night – the Bayside Festival will fill the Open Space in downtown Traverse City with live music and speakers, all free. The event is supported by a coalition of local churches, pastors, ministries and business partners for the purpose of "proclaiming the message of hope through Jesus and strengthening the Church in northern Michigan."
Headliners are Peter Furler and Tenth Avenue North. They are joined by Jason Castro, Alanna Story, Allthemore, Brian Whitscell, Citizen Way, Jessica Hoover, Jetty Rae and more. Featured speakers includw Bob and Pam Tebow (parents of professional football player Tim Tebow). More details here and on Facebook.
