Boutique Relocating Downtown

March 27, 2015

Boutique a la Vie, a women's clothing store at The Mercato at The Village at Grand Traverse Commons, is moving downtown.

Owner Dawn Campbell has partnered with Jill Anton and is relocating the shop to 156 E. Front next to The Franklin, formerly home to Cherry Hill Boutique which recently relocated to 224 E. Front. The store will be renamed Eleven.

Campbell says the name comes from a special affinity both women have with the number 11.

"It felt like it was time for a change," says Campbell of the move. She first opened the boutique at The Mercato in March 2008. After some renovations, the women hope to have the new store – which will be near triple in size – open by mid-May.

In addition to clothing and accessories for women, Eleven will also have a selection of men's items as well as a small special designer collection.

Boutique a la Vie will be holding a spring cleaning/anniversary sale at The Mercato location before the move.
