"Downton" Coming To Traverse City

Nov. 21, 2014

Good news for fans of the Downton Abbey series on PBS. "America's Got Downton" is coming to the City Opera House on April 29, 2015.

Hailed by The London Daily Telegraph as a "remarkable, tour de force one-man show," this parody features more than 30 characters – a mix of well-known personalities from Downton Abbey along with celebrities. The show was written and is performed by Luke Kempner, called "The Energizer Bunny of impressionists" by The Huffington Post. He made his name in theater with the YouTube hit "Downstairs At Downton" and appearances in Les Miserables and Avenue Q.

Tickets start at $25.
