July 26, 2016

Someone in Maryland noticed a Facebook post by a Traverse City woman who said she had been beaten and choked by her husband. The Facebook user contacted Traverse City Police, who tracked the woman down at a home Boon Street and found the husband a few blocks away at 2:30am Sunday, Chief Jeffrey O’Brien says.

The 50-year-old suspect was arrested for domestic violence. He has been married to his 31-year-old wife for nine years.
