Dec. 1, 2015

A 57-year-old Bingham Township man is facing domestic assault charges after getting into a physical altercation with his two brothers.

Leelanau County Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched to the 3700 block of South Lake Leelanau Drive Friday night at 8:30pm in response to a reported assault in progress. Both men's injuries were minor in nature.

Deputies arrested the suspect on two counts of domestic assault. He was lodged at Leelanau County Jail.
