Food For Thought Drive Underway

The Professional Communications class at Northwestern Michigan College is holding its 3rd annual Food For Thought event to support food pantries in the five-county area. The food drive is a service learning project for the students.

Non-perishable food and personal hygiene items may be dropped of at Tom's Food Market (East Bay, Acme, Interlochen and Fourteenth Street locations) on Nov. 1 and 2, 10am-5pm. Donations can also be dropped off at any of NMC's three campus buildings (main, Aero Park and University Center) through Nov. 16. Pick-up service is also available by contacting Kyle Harris, 231.360.1546.
