Home Builders Present Annual Awards

The Home Builders Association of the Grand Traverse Area (HBAGTA) recently recognized several industry partners at an annual awards event.

Named Builder of the Year was Steve Eveleigh, owner of Northwest Carpentry; the Associate of the Year/Jim Alpers Memorial Award was presented to Ed Beuerle, president and CEO of Northern Building Supply; receiving the Outstanding Member Award was Marcy Hurst, executive assistant of MAC Custom Homes; Humanitarian of the Year Award was given to Dean Adams, owner of Bay Area Contracting; and Heidi Wylin, estimator for Archer Contracting Co., received the Emerging Leader Award.

The Home Builders Association of the Grand Traverse Area is a professional trade organization established in 1970. It represents the five counties of Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Kalkaska, Benzie and Antrim.
