Maxbauers Eyeing Holiday Reopening

Sept. 16, 2014

Maxbauers Market has announced plans to re-open its store in time for the fall and winter holidays. The store on Union Street in Traverse City has been closed since mid-July due to a fire.

"If it were up to us, we'd be open sooner," says Stephanie Wilson in a statement released yesterday. Wilson owns the market with husband Mark. "But we need to take the appropriate steps to make sure everything is handled correctly."

Stay tuned to Maxbauers' Facebook page for details on its reopening.
