Munson Finalizes Agreement With Mercy

A final agreement has been reached for Munson Healthcare to purchase Mercy Hospital Cadillac, Mercy Hospital Grayling, Mercy Home Care and Hospice Northern Michigan, and Mercy Manor from CHE Trinity Health. Next up is obtaining government and Catholic Church approvals for the purchase and make final financing arrangements.
The purchase was first announced in May. Munson officials are targeting February 1, 2015 as the closing date.
