Meadowsweet, a new store offering a mix of new and upcycled furniture, home accessories and gifts, is slated to open next month at 418 S. Union in Traverse City's Old Town district. The shop will also feature items made by local artists and craftsmen. The building, longtime home of T. Moeggenberg Professional Men's Wear, was purchased by Global Marine Insurance earlier this summer. Meadowsweet is looking for additional vendors to lease store space.
