Olympian to Offer Tennis Clinic

Need to up your tennis game? The Grand Traverse Resort & Spa is hosting a special tennis clinic with Emilio Sanchez Vicario, a former professional tennis player and Olympian from Spain on Sunday, August 10. Sanchez won three Grand Slam doubles titles and the men's doubles silver medal at the 1988 Olympic Games. He is also the founder of the Sanchez-Casal Academy in Barcelona, the top-ranked tennis academy in Europe.

The clinic runs from 9:30-11:30am for adults and 12:30-2:30pm for juniors and high school students. Cost is $75 per player, $60 per player if more than one family member registers. For more info or to register, contact Resort Tennis Instructor Fernando Belmar at 231.409.8768.
