Opening Day For 89th National Cherry Festival

For the 89th year, Traverse City welcomes its annual summer tradition with the opening of the National Cherry Festival today. Event highlights include a Famers Market Brunch, Opening Ceremonies at the Open Space, the Air Show – featuring the Air Force Thunderbirds, returning to TC for the first time in 25 years – Gunnar & The Grizzly Boys at the Bayside Music Stage, the Midway, Beer Tent and more!
