April 23, 2015

Paperworks Studio is celebrating its re-opening at a community gathering tomorrow (Fri.), Apr. 24, 5-8pm at Right Brain Brewery in Traverse City. The "C'mon Get Happy" event will recognize "the happy return to work" for employees, a team of artists with disabilities and disadvantages. Those employees will be on-hand to show how they make the paper and attendees will also have an opportunity to purchase new card designs.

The event will also feature music by Oh Brother, Big Sister, Robin Lee Berry and Glenn Wolff and Brotha' James and food provided by The Franklin, Grandview Catering, McGee's/Sorellina and other local establishments. There is no charge, but at-will donations will be accepted. Right Brain will also be donating a portion of sales from the evening to Paperworks Studio.
