Pleasanton Announces Food Truck

Pleasanton Bakery at The Village at Grand Traverse Commons is putting a brick oven on wheels and traveling downtown. In a Facebook post Tuesday, the business confirmed rumors by announcing it will operate the Pleasanton Pizza food truck at The Little Fleet starting in May. Saying it's been "a dream of ours for years," owners also confirm the bakery itself will stay open at The Commons – only the pizza offerings will relocate during food truck season, then will move back to the bakery in November.
