Comedian and ventriloquist Jeff Dunham will perform at the National Cherry Festival on Saturday, July 6.

Dunham, who has nearly 10 million followers on Facebook and 1.9 million YouTube subscribers, is known for top-watched specials including Spark of Insanity and A Very Special Christmas Special and will appear in Traverse City as part of his new "Passively Aggressive" tour. Dunham holds the Guinness Book of World Records record for most tickets sold for a standup comedy tour – two million across 386 venues – and is ranked by Forbes as one the highest-paid comedians on the planet, next to Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock, and Amy Schumer.

Tickets for Dunham's Cherry Festival appearance go on sale Friday, February 15 at 9am online. Tickets are $50 for general admission or $75 for reserved tickets. A limited number of VIP deck passes - which include complimentary adult beverages, a full buffet meal, and an elevated view of the Bay Side Music Stage - are available for $150.

Dunham is the third act announced for this year's event. Festival organizers previously announced rock band Styx will perform on June 30 and country star Brett Young will perform on July 1.
