Pat Benatar, Loverboy Added To Cherry Fest Lineup

Four-time Grammy winners Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo have been added to the National Cherry Festival lineup this summer, with special guests Loverboy opening the performance on June 30.

Benatar had two RIAA-certified multi-platinum albums, five RIAA-certified platinum albums, three RIAA-certified gold albums and 19 Top 40 singles, including the Top 10 hits Hit Me With Your Best Shot, Love Is a Battlefield, We Belong, and Invincible. Giraldo has been a professional musician, producer and songwriter for over four decades, collaborating with Benatar - his wife - on more than 100 songs and creating hits for Rick Springfield (Jessie’s GirlI’ve Done Everything For You) and Kenny Loggins (Don’t Fight It), among numerous others.

Loverboy has sold more than 10 million albums, with four going multi-platinum, including the four-million-selling Get Lucky. Their hits include the anthem Working for the Weekend and arena staples including Lovin’ Every Minute of It, This Could Be the Night, and The Kid is Hot Tonite.

Tickets for the concert go on sale Friday, April 6 at 9am and are $40 for general admission and $55 for reserved seating.
