Zingerman's Bringing Workshop To Traverse City

April 19, 2018

On May 4, Zingerman’s of Ann Arbor will offer its flagship workshop, “The Art of Giving Great Service,” at the Traverse City Country Club. The workshop, typically offered by the company’s training arm ZingTrain in Ann Arbor, is being offered at a discount as a special event of The Leadership Lunch Club.

Referred to as “the coolest small company in America” by Inc. Magazine in 2018, Zingerman’s started as a small deli over 30 years ago, and now pulls in over $60 million annually from a growing portfolio of businesses. Zingerman’s is known for setting the gold standard for service in the specialty food industry, and will share how any organization can build a culture of outstanding customer service through five key strategies.

The four-hour workshop, facilitated by keynote speaker and trainer Elnian Gilbert, will run from 8-12 noon at the Traverse City Country Club, with an optional lunch.  Tickets run from $129-179. For more information, click here.
