Driver Arrested After Spotted Holding Open Whiskey Bottle

A 27-year-old Alanson woman was arrested Wednesday in Garfield Township after drivers called 911 to report seeing the woman holding an open whiskey bottle while driving her car.

Two callers contacted 911 and reported the woman's vehicle. In addition to carrying an open bottle of whiskey, the woman was also seen striking a curb.
