Impact100 Traverse City Announces 2026 Grant Finalists, Celebrates 10 years.
Impact100 Traverse City announced the five local nonprofit finalists that will compete for grants at the organization's annual meeting on September 23.
After an application and review process, the Impact100 TC Focus Committees (Arts & Culture; Education; Environment, Preservation & Recreation; Family; and Health & Wellness) named this year's Finalists: The Bay Community Theatre, Friends of the Fife Lake Public Library, Friends of the Betsie River Valley Trail, Michigan Indian Legal Services and 5Loaves2FishNMI.
Based on this year's 360-member giving pool, the three nonprofits receiving the most member votes at the annual meeting will each receive a $120,000 grant. The two finalists not selected for a full grant will each receive a $3,000 recognition award in honor of their proposals.
"This year's announcement carries added significance: 2026 marks Impact100 TC's 10th anniversary since its founding in 2016; and this year, the organization’s grant totals will surpass $3 million supporting nonprofits across Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, and Leelanau counties," the organization said in a statement.
Impact100 Traverse City is an all-women, all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, and Leelanau counties.
