PACE North Names New Executive Director

PACE North, a Traverse City nonprofit that provides services and support to seniors living in their own homes or with family, has a new executive director.

Mary John-Williams has been hired to replace Sherrie Moseler, who is retiring. John-Williams holds two master’s degrees in business administration and social work and most recently served as director of operations for PACE Southeast Michigan. In her new role at PACE North, John-Williams will have "strategic, administrative, leadership, and management responsibilities for overall organizational success," according to a press release announcing her hiring.

Greg Kish, PACE North board president, says that staff, participants, and their families "will benefit from Mary’s expertise and from her team-oriented and solution-focused approach to problem solving." John-Williams says she is "honored to have the opportunity to lead the PACE North team," adding that the organization "is poised to develop its vision and build on the tremendous momentum and success" of the past two-and-a-half years. John-Williams credits Moseler for her "tireless work" in successfully launching the PACE North program.
