AC PAW 20th Birthday Bash

AC PAW will celebrate 20 years of helping dogs and cats in need at a big Birthday Bash on Sun., June 21, 10am-4pm, at Timber Ridge RV and Recreation Resort in Traverse City.

The event is a family-friendly affair, with music, food, games, dog agility and flyball show, a $20 microchip clinic, classic car show, 5k run/walk, and a craft and vendor marketplace. In addition, AC PAW is encouraging all past adopters to join them for a “family reunion” with a giant “family photo” to be taken at 11:30am. Also, many other northern Michigan rescue organizations will be in attendance, with everything from dogs and cats to horses available for adoption.

Admission to the AC PAW Birthday Bash is $5 for those 8 years old and older. Those 7 and under are free. Once inside the event, food and drink (soft drinks and water) tickets are available for purchase, along with special AC PAW shirts and hoodies and more.All profits go to support AC PAW programs including rescue, vet and transportation services, low cost spay and neuter, and expenses related to day-to-day care of the animals in their care.
