Annual Used Instrument Sale: Sept. 12

Have a student playing an instrument this year? Time to get rid of instruments gathering dust in the closet? The Traverse City Music Boosters will hold its annual Used Instrument Sale on Sat., Sept. 12, at Traverse City West Middle School.

Selling? Those with an instrument to sell may drop it off between 9 and 11:30am; appraisers will be on-site to determine value. Return between 4 and 5pm to pick up a check, or the unsold instrument. The Music Boosters keep 15 percent of all sales to fund student scholarships and music classroom mini-grants.

Buying? Doors are open to shoppers from 1-4pm; cash or check only! The sale is open to the public. Music teachers and students will be on hand to help select the right instrument.
