Arts For All Fundraiser May 4

April 26, 2017

More than 125 students and adults with disabilities will gather at the Dennos Museum on May 4 for a day of workshops and a fundraiser that will benefit the non-profit organization Arts for All.

“This is our big fundraiser of the year and it’s for such an important cause – providing arts opportunities for students and adults across our region,” says Arts for All Executive Director Grace Hudson.

A full day of workshops at the Dennos Museum will include professional artists working with the students and adults in music, drumming, kinetic arts, drama, dance, poetry and storytelling. The evening session, which is open to the public, includes a silent auction, accompanied by refreshments, from 6 to 7pm. Beginning at 7pm, the music of Miriam Pico and David Chown will be featured, along with talent by performers with disabilities.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students at ArtsforAllnmi.org
