Northwestern to Chemical Bank Transition Delayed

Sept. 3, 2014

The conversion from Northwestern Bank to Chemical Bank has been delayed, bank officials announced last week. Originally slated for September, the transition has been moved "to a future date" since regulatory approval by the Federal Reserve is still pending. Officials are anticipating approval by mid-September, and once received will update customers with the date of account conversion.
