TCAPS To Offer Free Preschool To Qualifying Families

Traverse City Area Public Schools is offering qualifying families an opportunity to participate in a free, quality preschool program through the Great Start Readiness Program. The program provides a full-day preschool, offered Monday through Thursday (no classes on Friday).

For the 2016-17 school year, the program will be offered at Blair Elementary School, Central Grade School, Cherry Knoll Elementary School, Courtade Elementary School, Long Lake Elementary School and Traverse Heights Elementary School. 

If interested, please contact the Northwest Michigan Community Action Agency at (231) 346-2116. TCAPS says eligibility will be determined at time of application.
