West Front, Santo Street Construction Updates

July 2, 2015

West Front Street will once again reopen to two-way traffic today (Thursday) by 3pm. The project is entering its third phase, expected to last until July 20, in which two-way traffic will be maintained with daily lane shifts as needed. On July 6-10, contractors will be completing sidewalk and streetscape elements and installing trees on the south side of the project. On July 13-20, workers will be removing existing pavements, tying in remaining water service leads and constructing curb, sidewalk and streetscape elements on the north side of the road.

Also next week, the 1200 block of Santo Street between Baldwin and Boon Streets will be closed Monday and Tuesday (July 6-7) for sanitary sewer and water service work. While residents will have access to their property, the street will be closed to all traffic during the work period.
