Authorities Investigating Suttons Bay, Cedar Vandalism

The Leelanau County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in identifying the culprit(s) behind several vandalized properties Tuesday night in Suttons Bay and Cedar.

During the late evening or overnight hours Tuesday, multiple homes, cars and business windows were damaged by white marbles either thrown or shot from a slingshot or other device. The Sheriff's Office responded to multiple calls from victims reporting the vandalism. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sheriff's Office at 231-256-8800 and ask for either Deputy Donohue or Deputy Bosscher.
