A new real estate office will open its doors this month in downtown Traverse City.

Scott Hardy will run a new Traverse City location of real estate broker Denny Irelan's Lakeside Properties Real Estate. The remodeled office will be located at 227 East State Street, housed in the Lilies of the Alley building between Front and State streets. Hardy is returning to real estate after more than a decade in commercial and residential contracting at Arms & Cole Mechanical. Previously affiliated with Real Estate One before working at Arms & Cole, Hardy will now build the Traverse City portfolio for Lakeside. 

“I am thrilled to be back in commercial and residential real estate here in Traverse City," says Hardy. "We anticipate building the realtor staff here in Traverse City to accommodate our expected demand for full service real estate expertise.”

The Lakeside Properties Real Estate TC office will be up and running by July 18.
