Chocolate Cafe Coming to Interlochen

Sept. 21, 2012

Earlier this week, The Ticker reported The Chocolate Den in downtown Traverse City had closed. It has, but we've just received news that it will re-open – as the Cacao Cafe – in Interlochen on November 1. Owned by Heather and William Bradley, who purchased The Chocolate Den in February 2012, the cafe will be located at 2602 Depot Road in the former home of the Blue Note Cafe. In addition to chocolates (both with sugar and without), it will also offer breakfast and lunch items, such as chocolate chili and pumpkin chocolate soup, along with sandwiches, pastries and desserts. Hours will be Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
