Free Race For (60) Students

A 5K and 10K race set for 9am on Saturday, Aug. 22 features free entries for the first 60 students who register. The fourth annual Big Little Trail Races benefits Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Michigan and is run on a unique trail near Buckley that is only open one day a year for this race. Runners and walkers are welcome. DTE Energy is sponsoring the 60 free entries for students in grades 1-12. Cost for adults is $40 and includes a race shirt if registered by Aug. 7.
