Local Auto Dealers To Compete For Charity

April 21, 2017

After a three-year absence, Fox Motors and Bill Marsh Auto will again square-off at the Bigs Auto Challenge. For three years the dealerships competed and raised a total of nearly $100,000 to help the youth mentoring program Big Brothers Big Sisters. Now they are picking up the challenge where they left off.

There’s more at stake than mere bragging rights: The losing team will have deliver a pizza lunch to the winners while wearing that team’s uniform. The teams will face off at Bowl for Kids’ Sake on Wednesday, May 10. The event is the biggest fundraiser of the year for The Bigs. The public is encouraged to support one of the groups at BigsAutoChallenge.com.

“For three years this was a fun way to get the community and our employees to support The Bigs,” says John Cueter of Fox Motors. “We’re hoping this latest challenge gives a huge bump to Big Brothers Big Sisters.” “We beat the Fox team for two of the three years when we did this challenge,” says Bill Marsh Jr. “We’re pretty confident they’ll pull out all the stops to even the score this year.”
