Parallel 45 To Present 'Cyrano'

Northern Michigan theater company Parallel 45 will present "Cyrano" - a three-person adaptation of Edmond Roston's classic "Cyrano de Bergerac" - April 8-11 at the InsideOut Gallery in Traverse City. Written by Jo Roets and commissioned by the Seattle Children's Theatre, the production tells the story of a man with a "magnificent Mount Everest of a nose" who helps his best friend win the affections of the woman he secretly loves. Matthew Gutschick, artistic director at Omaha's Rose Theatre, will direct the production.

Tickets are $20 and are available by phone at 800-836-0717 or online here. "Cyrano" has an estimated running time of 60 minutes with no intermission and is suitable for all ages.
