Presented by the League of Women Voters of Leelanau County. This public forum on community access in the county will address the question of how Leelanau County can ensure that its places, spaces, & services are designed for people of all abilities, including those born with a disability & those facing physical challenges over time. A Leelanau resident will describe her experience accessing the county, & you'll learn how playgrounds can be improved to accommodate children with varying abilities. A brief member meeting will follow the public forum.
