95.5 FM Now Easy Listening

Northern Star Broadcasting has announced some format changes for its listeners. Real Rock 95.5, a mainstream rock hit format, is now Easy 95.5, playing soft adult contemporary hits. It targets listeners 35 and over offering favorites from Chicago, Air Supply, Michael Buble, The Eagles, Mariah Carey and more.
The Rock Hit format is still available (with an image update) on Rock 105.1 in the Traverse City area. The new Rock 105 morning show lineup has also changed. Gone is syndicated show Free Beer and Hot Wings, replaced with Live and Local Music Mornings with Cartman. Cartman previously hosted the 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. air show on 105.1 and 95.5.
