Grand Traverse Sheriff's Deputies responded today to a report of a possible meth lab at 1154 Blair Townhall Road in Paradise Township. The landlord of the residence had located items believed to have been left behind by a previous tenant.

Deputies contacted the Traverse Narcotics Team (TNT) and the Michigan State Police Methamphetamine Response Team to assist with handling chemicals, components and apparatus used in the manufacture of methamphetamine. A quantity of marijuana was also located at the residence during the execution of a search warrant.

Suspects have been identified and charges are being sought through the Grand Traverse County Prosecutor's Office, according to authorities.
