Correction: TCAPS Story

A quote published in the Tuesday edition of The Ticker on a TCAPS board decision to return to face-to-face instruction was incorrectly attributed to West Middle School teacher David Kenny. The quote was actually from West High School teacher David Richardson. The story has been updated to include the correction. The Ticker regrets the error.
