Design Week Comes to TC

AIGA West Michigan, the regional chapter of a national community of creative professionals, will celebrate its first ever Design Week with a special northern Michigan event in Traverse City: a screening of the documentary Sign Painters at the State Theatre on Wed., May 7, 6:00-8:30 p.m. Watch the trailer here. The event is part of a larger effort to unify and enhance the local creative community.

The film will be followed by a Q&A panel discussion featuring Corbin Design, NuArt, Britten, Inc. and a live demo by sign artist Paul Britten. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the State Theatre.
