East Front Lane Closure Planned Wednesday-Thursday

By Beth Milligan | Sept. 14, 2022

The City of Traverse City will be temporarily closing the outside westbound lane of East Front Street between Gilbert Street and Rose Street for a sidewalk replacement project this week.

Work will begin on Wednesday and is expected to be completed by the end of the day Thursday. The construction may cause disruptions to pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Appropriate signage will be in place work around the work site.

Access to all homes and businesses will be maintained at all times while construction is underway, according to a city release.
