Esper Named TC West Principal

Joe Esper, assistant principal at Traverse City West Senior High School, has been named principal, with his appointment effective Dec. 22. He replaces Joe Tibaldi, who is retiring. Esper first joined the TCAPS district for the 2010/11 school year as assistant principal and technology teacher at West. He also served as interim principal at Interlochen Community School.
