GT County Brush Drop-Off Site Opens For Season Tuesday

The Grand Traverse County Brush Drop-Off Site located at 2471 North Keystone Road will open for the season Tuesday, April 6.

The Brush Drop-off Site will operate Tuesday-Thursday from 10am to 4:30pm and Saturday from 9am to 3:30pm. Acceptable yard waste material includes:

> Brush and branches at a cost of $5.00/cubic yard
> Grass clippings and leaves at a cost of $5.00/cubic yard or $1.00/bag
> Untreated construction wood at a cost of $8.00/ cubic yard
> Pallets at a cost of $1.00 each
> Stumps at a cost of $.50/inch up to 18" diameter

Grass clippings and leaves should be separated from branches and twigs, as they will be unloaded in different areas of the site. Plastic bags must be emptied and removed from the site.
