Hospitality Training in TC

Hoping to land a job at a local hotel or restaurant? A Hospitality Training class will run March 31 through April 17, offered through Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City. Topics include guest service, proper serving techniques, communication skills and professionalism. The training is sponsored by Northwest Michigan Works! and the Northwest Michigan Council of Governments. Scholarships are available. An orientation about the training and scholarship eligibility process will be held Mon., Mar. 17, 2-3 p.m., at the Traverse City Michigan Works Service Center (1209 S. Garfield).
