Join Us For A Garden Party Recess at the Botanic Garden!

Back by popular demand, The Ticker returns to the beautiful Botanic Garden at Historic Barns Park on Wednesday, June 5 for a garden party Recess - where attendees will be entered to win great prizes including a package for four to any upcoming class/workshop of choice, Botanic Garden memberships, bonsai trees, and Kayak, Bike, and Brew Tour tickets!

Attendees at The Ticker's monthly after-work happy hour will enjoy socializing and delicious food and beverages on the idyllic grounds of the Botanic Garden, with live music provided by Andrew Lutes. Enjoy catered food from Chick-fil-A and Jimmy John's and drinks served by the Roaming NoMi Bar Cart, including Mawby bubbly, Farm Club beer, Yellowstone Whiskey spirits and a signature cocktail, an N/A option from Audacia Elixers, and lemonade.

Free tractor tours of the grounds will be available every 30 minutes. The Sakura Bonsai Society will provide an on-site Bonsai demonstration, and a floral arrangement demo will also be offered. Early check-in/gold stars will be provided to members, board members, and volunteers. There will be a special drawing entry for members and new memberships. Recess guests will be entered into a drawing to win great prizes, including:

> Package for four to any upcoming class/workshop of choice
> Botanic Garden membership and bonsai tree
> Fox book and Botanic Garden family membership
> Bonsai tree
> Two Kayak, Bike, and Brew Tour tickets

Admission to Recess is $10 and is open to the public. The event goes from 5pm to 7pm. The Botanic Garden at Historic Barns Park is located at 1490 Red Drive next to The Village at Grand Traverse Commons in Traverse City.
