Local Association Names Their Realtor Of The Year

Aspire North (formerly Traverse Area Association of Realtors) has named its annual award winners and incoming leadership.

The 2020 Realtor of the Year is Jon Zickert of Real Estate One. The Rookie of the Year is T.J. Shimek of Serbin Real Estate. Paul Scott won the Ed Petty Lifetime Achievement Award.

For the coming year, the new board president is Dave Wilsey of Century 21 Northland; the 2022 President-Elect is Matt Hodges of EXIT Realty Paramount. More here.
