Traverse City Hooters For Sale

July 17, 2013

Hooter’s on US-31 in Traverse City is for sale. The listing price is $2.1 million. The business, 5,500 square-foot building and the resort liquor license are included. The franchise rights to any future Hooters restaurants north of M-46 are also included.

The listing agent at Marcus & Millichap in metro Detroit declined comment, as did a representative at the restaurant.

The listing says it “is part of a portfolio of three Michigan Hooters Restaurants which also includes locations in Bay City and Saginaw.”

The restaurant and bar landscape has changed considerably since Hooter’s came to Traverse City in 2007, as several new operations have opened downtown and in surrounding townships.
