VASA "Skillz Loop" Opening

Oct. 31, 2019

The VASA Skillz Loop is opening Nov. 3. The Skillz loop is a two-mile trail designed for beginners and youth to build their mountain biking skills. The trail is meant to be ridden repeatedly to learn how to ride mountain bikes over progressively more difficult terrain. It provides a different type of experience from anything else in the Traverse City area, and will allow riders to gradually build their mountain biking skills and confidence, while in close proximity to the Vasa trailhead and restroom facilities. Join TART and the Northern Michigan Mountain Bike Associationat the trailhead 4450 Bartlett Rd., Williamsburg on Sunday, Nov. 3 from 12-2pm for cider, baked goods, and a few laps around the trail.
