What's Cooking at New Food Trucks & Stalls in Northern Michigan

By Beth Milligan | Aug. 12, 2024

A world of flavor awaits, and you can experience it without leaving the Mitten. Northern Michigan is adding depth to its dining bench with an array of new, diverse dining options that can be found on wheels or tucked inside your favorite cafe.

In this week's Northern Express, sister publication of The Ticker, writer Hannah Cumler takes readers on a (figurative) culinary trip around the world with stops at local trucks and stalls including Le Metropolitain, Taqueria Mosqueda, Masala Magic by Anita, and Sabores Y Colores. The Northern Express is available to read online, or pick up a free copy on newsstands at nearly 700 spots in 14 counties across northern Michigan.
