Work Starts Next Week On Glenn Loomis, Trinity Lutheran School Sidewalks

The City of Traverse City and Elmer’s Crane and Dozer crews will be constructing new sidewalks on the following street segments starting next week:

> 6 ft. wide sidewalk on the west side of S. Maple St. between W. 11th St. and W. 13th St.
> 6 ft. wide sidewalk on the east side of S. Oak St. between W. 12th St. and W. 13th St.
> 6 ft. wide sidewalk on the west side of S. Oak St. between W. 11th St. and W. 12th St.
> 6 ft. wide sidewalk on the west side of Wadsworth St. between W. 11th St. and W. 13th St.
> 6 ft. wide sidewalk on the east side of Wadsworth St. between W. 10th St. and W. 11th St.
> Sidewalk ramp replacement or construction at W. 14th St./Veterans Dr., W. 14th St./Pine St. and S. Maple St./W. 13th St. intersections.

The work is expected to start on Tuesday, June 8 and be substantially complete by July 2. Street segments will remain open to traffic with shoulder closures and lane shifts. Delays can be expected.
