Facilitated by Claire Cassidy, a licensed therapist with a background in school social work, this 90-minute workshop aims to help parents identify their core values & use them to guide everyday parenting decisions. Ms. Cassidy hopes to help parents develop an internal compass that guides them through the mundane & the monumental of parenting with more confidence & less stress.
