Area Home Sales Price Dips Slightly In November

The median area home sales price in November dipped ever so slightly from October and also fell from the November 2024 mark. 

According to statistics provided by local real estate group Aspire North, the median five county (Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Benize, Antrim, Kalkaska) sales price was $420,000 in November, down from $425,000 in October and $435,000 in October 2024. 

Volume was at 226 homes sold in November, which is down from 276 in October but up from 189 homes in November of last year.

Median sales numbers are still considerably higher than recent years, with the Novemver 2023 median sales price at $390,000, for instance, $324,000 in November 2021 and $274,000 in November 2020.
